VENDOR SET UP BEGINS AT 8:30AM ON THE MORNING OF THE EVENT.

ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP BY 9:30AM

In consideration of the opportunity to sell at the Motors for Memory Truck & Car Show, by signing this form, I hereby release and discharge the Motors for Memory Truck & Car Show, along with their officers, directors, and anyone associated with the event, from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, and claims that may be incurred by any entrant, spectator, or their passengers regarding their property.

I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for the collection and reporting of any taxes from my sales during this event. I affirm that the vehicle(s) I will use or display throughout the event are in safe operating condition and comply with all relevant regulations.

By submitting this form, I agree to follow all event rules and understand that vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come basis.

I understand the vendor fee includes access to a single 10 ft x 10 ft space.

I understand that my tent must be securely anchored.
